• By identifying barriers and enablers to families, carers, supporters and kin participating and/or engaging in research in inclusive, collaborative ways

• By identifying the challenges I face in leading, creating and sharing research
• By identifying strategies and enablers to better support me to lead, create and share research
• By exploring opportunities to build my research capability 
• By helping me identify and embrace approaches that enable best practice lived experience participation and engagement in my own research practice 

For other mental health and wellbeing researchers
