There are usually others involved, requiring the consideration of a systemic approach to assessment, diagnosis, formulation & treatment planning. These "others" may range from immediate carers to the schools the young person attends, or to wider service providers such as GPs, Child Protection, Family Services, Paediatricians, or a variety of private services.
